Getting Started
TKS keeps your sneaker and streetwear business in one place: the pairs you hold, what they're listed at on each marketplace, every sale matched back to the pair that sold, and what needs shipping.
This guide follows the app's sidebar from top to bottom. Each tab has its own page that explains what's on the screen, what every number means, and what to do when something needs you.
Signing In
Sign in at app.trackkeepship.com with the email your account was set up with. If you were given a temporary password, TKS asks you to choose your own before anything else.
Setup
The first time an account admin signs in, TKS walks through a short setup. It comes back each time you sign in until it's finished. The Dashboard also shows a Finish Setting Up card with how far along you are and a Continue Setup button.
You only see the steps your plan includes:
| Step | What it asks for |
|---|---|
| Business Basics | Your business name, contact email and ship-from address, and the people you want to add to your team. |
| Starting Inventory | A spreadsheet of the stock you already hold, brought in with Import Inventory. Items TKS doesn't know can come in as custom items if the sheet gives a name and type. |
| Connect Platforms | Your marketplace accounts: StockX, Alias, Kicks Crew, Poizon and eBay. |
| Selling Defaults | How new StockX listings go up, and the starting floor for new stock: Standard (cost + 15% margin after fees) or Breakeven (cost + $5 after fees). |
| Sales Catch-Up | Brings in your past sales, so your numbers start complete. |
You can skip any step and come back to it. Setup is always available from Settings → Setup.
Changing plans
If you move to a plan with more features, TKS asks you only for what's new. If you move down, what you set up for the features you lose is kept for 45 days, so moving back within that time puts everything back as it was.
Who Sees What
The person who owns the account is an admin and sees every tab. When an admin adds team members, they choose for each tab whether that person has Off, View or Edit access. Scout, Scans and Buy Lists are simply Off or On. A tab someone can't open doesn't appear in their sidebar.
Some parts of the Dashboard, like the repricer status and the sale alerts, are shown to admins only. Each tab's page says when that's the case.
Words You'll See
Marketplaces use their own terms, like STV, Direct, Flex and floor. The Glossary explains each one once.
